Discount Plans
Patient discount plans with fee schedules and frequency limits. Per OpenDental API.
What are Discount Plans?
Discount plans define reduced fees (via FeeSchedNum) and an adjustment type (DefNum, definition.Category=1, ItemValue=dp). Optional frequency limits (Exam, Xray, Prophy, Fluoride, Perio, LimitedExam, PA) and AnnualMax control how often services are allowed. Use -1 or leave blank for “no limit”. Patients are assigned via DiscountPlanSubs.
