Payment plan charges (principal, interest) for each PayPlan. Read-only (GET). Per OpenDental API.
What are PayPlanCharges in OpenDental?
PayPlanCharges are the individual billing items within a PayPlan. When you create a Dynamic PayPlan with procNums/adjNums, OpenDental auto-generates charges (principal + optional interest) based on ChargeFrequency, PayAmt, and APR. Each charge has Principal and Interest amounts, a ChargeDate, and links via LinkType (Procedure, Adjustment) and FKey. Patients make Payments that apply to these charges; allocations appear in PaySplits with PayPlanChargeNum. API supports GET only.
