PerioMeasures GET

GET /periomeasures or GET /periomeasures?PerioExamNum=3. PerioExamNum optional (FK perioexam). Version 22.4.32.

Response fields:

• PerioMeasureNum — Primary key.
• PerioExamNum — FK to perioexam.
• SequenceType — What is measured (Mobility, Furcation, GingMargin, MGJ, Probing, SkipTooth, BleedSupPlaqCalc).
• IntTooth — Tooth (1-32).
• ToothValue — Used when measurement does not apply to a surface.
• MBvalue, Bvalue, DBvalue, MLvalue, Lvalue, DLvalue — Mesial Buccal, Buccal, Distal Buccal, Mesial Lingual, Lingual, Distal Lingual. -1 = no measurement; >100 = negative (e.g. 105 → -5).
• SecDateTEdit — When last modified.

PerioMeasures POST

Required: PerioExamNum, SequenceType, IntTooth (1-32). When SequenceType allows surface values, at least one of the six must contain a measurement. Version 22.4.37.

SequenceType rules:

• Mobility — ToothValue 0-19; all surface values must be -1.
• Furcation — Surface values -1 or 0-19; ToothValue must be -1.
• GingMargin — Surface values -1, 0-19, or 101-119; ToothValue -1.
• MGJ — Surface values -1 or 0-19; if IntTooth 1-16, MLvalue, Lvalue, DLvalue must be -1; ToothValue -1.
• Probing — Surface values -1 or 0-19; ToothValue -1.
• SkipTooth — ToothValue must be 1; all surface values -1.
• BleedSupPlaqCalc — Surface values 0-15 (sum of flags: bleeding 1, suppuration 2, plaque 4, calculus 8); ToothValue -1.

PerioMeasures PUT

PUT /periomeasures/{PerioMeasureNum}. Body: ToothValue, MBvalue, Bvalue, DBvalue, MLvalue, Lvalue, DLvalue (valid ranges depend on SequenceType). Version 22.4.37.

PerioMeasures DELETE

DELETE /periomeasures/{PerioMeasureNum}. Only Mobility or SkipTooth can be deleted. Version 23.3.27.
